Design a Dress, Have it Made-to-Order

Whenever I go dress shopping, I’m always thinking of ways to alter the dresses I find (”If only it were a half inch longer…and a different color…and didn’t have that darn bow…). Today I found a way to create the perfect dress and have it made-to-order, all in 10 days. A British company, StyleShake, lets users design their dresses using a simple online program. Choose your fabric, your dress shape, your sleeve length, etc. and they’ll do the sewing. You can also send in your measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
I’ve created several dresses using their website but I haven’t ordered one yet. They offer a ton of options; however, I’m waiting for them to get even more specific. For example, I’d like to be able to determine the exact length of the skirt piece instead of indicating “above the knee” or “below the knee.” If they add such detail in the future, count me in.
To answer the inevitable question: yes, they do ship to the U.S.
